Attract, Retain, and Energize

Re-energizing your team can happen in a few ways. One of the most effective and sustainable ways to do so is to rally your team around what brought you all together in the first place: your Core Values and shared vision.

Revisit your V/TO™ with your leadership team and present it to your organization as a whole. Work with your Visionary to hold a quarterly State of the Company to rally your people and have your vision not just shared with all, but shared by all.

  1. Assemble your team
  2. Use the V/TO and other tools to briefly explain where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going
  3. Look at the past, and take a few minutes to celebrate recent successes
  4. Let your team know how you did on your Rocks
  5. Share the V/TO with them, and explain next quarter’s Rocks
  6. Share any changes to the Accountability Chart

Refuel Your Tank

If your Integrator journey has hit a snag and you’re in need of a lift, there are two resources that might help to turn things around for you.

The first is a Clarity Break™. Most entrepreneurial leaders experience times when they are frustrated, feel overwhelmed, and lack clarity. By scheduling time away from the office at regular intervals, you regain the clarity and confidence you need to lead your people and manage your business like the best of them.

The second resource is the Integrator Masterclass™. This step is critical to rethinking the gravity of the role and reimagining how to do it better. Integrator Masterclass attendees have the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from other Integrators in similar situations. Then, once you graduate, you can apply to join an exclusive peer group for the highest level of Integrators that meets quarterly to continue your journey.
