Take a moment this week to consider all the things you are doing in your seat, and pick one to three things, that if you did them every workday, it would produce a huge positive result for your business. Now build the discipline of doing those things faithfully, subordinating everything else to those few essential action items.

Then see what you have at the end of the quarter or year.
