A Better Way to Run Your Business

Entrepreneurial companies are full of opportunity. But as they grow, complexity increases. EOS is a simple, practical system that helps leadership teams get aligned, gain traction, and achieve more of what they want from their business.

Every entrepreneurial business must get six things right:

You have 100% of your leadership team on the same page about where you're going and how you'll get there.

You run your business on a handful of objective measurables, helping you spot problems early and address them quickly.

You have the Right People in the Right Seats, making accountability clear and performance issues easier to address.

You identify, discuss, and solve issues at the root, preventing the same problems from resurfacing again and again.

You document and follow your core processes, creating consistency in how work gets done across the organization.

You execute your Vision with discipline and accountability every 90 days, ensuring your most important priorities get done.

See how strong your business really is.

Frequently
Asked Questions

What is EOS?
EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®) is a complete, proven operating system for entrepreneurial businesses that helps leadership teams clarify their vision, gain traction on it, and become a healthy, cohesive team. It's a set of simple, practical tools — not a theory. Hundreds of thousands of companies worldwide run on EOS.
EOS stands for Entrepreneurial Operating System. It is a proper noun — a specific system created by Gino Wickman, not a generic term.
Gino Wickman created EOS in the early 2000s and introduced it to the public in his 2007 book Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business. Gino co-founded EOS Worldwide with Don Tinney in 2008 to scale the system through a network of Professional EOS Implementers.
Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. These are the six areas every company must strengthen, and EOS provides the tools to strengthen each one. Each Component has a dedicated deep-dive book in the EOS Mastery Series.
EOS is designed for privately held entrepreneurial companies with roughly 10 to 250 employees. More importantly, EOS is for leadership teams who are open, honest, growth-oriented, and willing to be vulnerable.
The full EOS Process takes approximately two years with a Professional EOS Implementer — typically 10 full days of sessions including a Focus Day, two Vision Building days, and ongoing Quarterly and Annual sessions. Companies using EOS Academy to self-implement move at their own pace.
Yes! Many companies successfully self-implement using EOS books, tools, and resources from EOS Academy. Working with an EOS Implementer can help you move faster and stay pure to the system.

EOS is a complete operating system covering all six areas of a business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. Most other frameworks address only one area. EOS is designed to be implemented as a whole system — not mixed with other frameworks. See how EOS compares:
