What is the goal of EOS?
The goal of EOS is to help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. That means three things: getting 100% on the same page about vision, gaining traction through disciplined execution, and building a healthy, cohesive leadership team.
What tools does EOS use to strengthen the Six Key Components?
The EOS Toolbox® contains the complete set of EOS tools — including the V/TO®, Accountability Chart™, Scorecard, Level 10 Meeting™, People Analyzer®, Rocks, and IDS®. Each tool strengthens one or more of the Six Key Components.
What does it mean to strengthen a Key Component?
EOS measures strength in each Component on a scale of 0–100%. The goal is to get every Component to at least 80% strong. When all six are strong, symptomatic issues fade away and the company operates in the top 5% of performers.
