Two organizations with a shared mission — helping entrepreneurs build better businesses — combine EOS’s proven operating system with TrueSpace’s research-backed Five Conditions Assessment to create a first-of-its-kind diagnostic and action platform for scaling companies.
DETROIT, MI AND DENVER, CO — March 26, 2026 — EOS Worldwide, the organization behind the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) used by more than 50,000 companies, and TrueSpace, the research firm behind the Five Conditions Assessment (5CA) and the VIXA Index, today announced a strategic partnership that combines EOS’s proven tools and global Implementer network with TrueSpace’s 12 years of research on what makes businesses capable of scaling. The partnership creates a first-of-its-kind offering: a diagnostic that measures a company’s operational health, paired with the tools and coaching to act on it.
A Shared Mission, Two Paths to the Same Answer
“We focus on strengthening the Six Key Components of a business,” said Mark O’Donnell, Visionary and CEO of EOS Worldwide. “As we work with clients, we see these underlying systems: engagement, accountability, governance, overall value. The EOS tools are holistically strengthening all of them. What TrueSpace brings is the ability to measure it — to see it in the data. When we saw how precisely their 12 systems mapped to our toolkit, we knew this wasn’t just a good fit. It was inevitable.”
The Research Behind the Partnership
TrueSpace’s research program began with a four-year qualitative study and was followed by a large-scale quantitative field study of nearly 4,000 U.S. entrepreneurs. The resulting Five Conditions Assessment measures business performance across 12 operational systems organized into five conditions: Alignment, Discipline, Predictability, Endurance, and Value Creation.
“Think of it this way: the Organizational Checkup tells you how your team feels about the Six Key Components. The Five Conditions Assessment measures what’s actually happening — across 12 systems, benchmarked against thousands of companies. The Org Checkup is your annual physical. The 5CA is the MRI,” said O’Donnell. “When you walk into a session, you know where their energy has been spent, you know their real results, and you know which tools will have the biggest impact. It makes our tools work harder.”
Pilot Program and Rollout
EOS Worldwide and TrueSpace are launching the partnership through a joint pilot program with a select group of EOS Implementers who will introduce the 5CA to their clients. The pilot is designed as a co-creation effort: participating Implementers will help both organizations refine how the assessment integrates into EOS sessions and develop best practices for translating results into action.
“We’re building this together,” O’Donnell said. “The Implementers who are in the room with clients every week are going to help us shape how this tool gets used, what data matters most, and how to make it practical. That’s the EOS way. We co-create with the people closest to the work.”
Following the pilot, the 5CA and TrueSpace VIXA Index — a nationally recognized score that functions as the FICO equivalent for business health — will be made available more broadly through the EOS Implementer network.
