Welcome New EOS Visionary: Mark O’Donnell

We are excited to announce EOS’s next visionary, Mark O’Donnell.

Mark is a Certified EOS Implementer® and EOS® Worldwide Head Coach, having joined the EOS Implementer Community™ in August 2014. As part of the visionary search, he was the top choice out of 2,500 candidates from both inside and outside the Community.

Mark comes to the EOS visionary position having built a number of innovative and successful entrepreneurial companies throughout his career. As an entrepreneur, he started his first business with his brother in 2007. That business grew from just the two of them to over 200 people and $25,000,000 in revenues, putting them on the Inc. 500|5000 list five years in a row (2012 to 2016). During that time, Mark started quite a few other companies with two of them making the Inc. 500|5000 list, putting Mark and his partners in the Inc. 500|5000 Hall of Fame two times with nine total appearances.

He sold his portfolio of businesses to a private equity group so he could pursue his passion for helping other entrepreneurs as an EOS Implementer®. Since selling his businesses, Mark has helped over 70 companies in over 400 full-day sessions. Recently, he played a pivotal and visible role in helping the EOS Leadership Team and the Implementer Community respond to the new challenges presented by COVID-19, demonstrating his abilities as an innovative thinker and talented leader.

As a candidate for the visionary position, Mark distinguished himself as a great fit for the EOS leadership team and as someone who deeply values everything that’s great about EOS. He is determined to find new ways to help entrepreneurs build and support the EOS Implementer Community to help achieve the company’s true potential.

Mark is only the third visionary in EOS history, following in the footsteps of Gino Wickman and Mike Paton.
