The EOS Community: Growing Stronger Together

Where the Best Business Coaches Go to Grow

Since our February Boot Camp and QCE, our world has shifted dramatically with the onset of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. With so much change and uncertainty, the EOS Community continues to be strong, standing together with all those affected.

In February, Professional and Certified EOS Implementers® gathered in Detroit for our Quarterly Collaborative Exchange™ (QCE™). We welcomed 16 new Implementers to the Community, bringing our total to 356 Professional and Certified EOS Implementers around the world!

The QCE is an opportunity for new Implementers to be introduced to the entire community at an evening social gathering and for Professional and Certified Implementers to reconnect and celebrate a successful quarter, followed by a full day of learning and sharing for all.

Get a Grip (Traction Remix)

Charlotte Smith (daughter of Marisa Smith, a Certified EOS Implementer) wrote and sang ‘Get a Grip’ as a moving tribute to Mike Paton, who is leaving the seat of EOS Visionary but will continue to stay in the EOS Community as a Certified EOS Implementer and Board member.

“I found Boot Camp to be such a comprehensive training. It has been a launching pad for my business. The timing couldn’t have been better. I walked away with my company vision intact, and the tools, plans, and process, for how I would achieve that vision. Most importantly, I now have an entire community of EOS Implementers to count on for support.”

– Shelly Woodrow, Professional EOS Implementer

“I came to Boot Camp with lots of experience implementing EOS, and I was still overwhelmed with the value of the information I walked away with. I would encourage anyone who believes in the power of EOS to help leadership teams to make Boot Camp part of their plan as early in the journey to mastery as possible.”

– Scott Patchin, Certified EOS Implementer®

About Ken DeWitt

Ken’s father was an entrepreneur who struggled to feed a family of ten in Alabama in the 1950s and ‘60s. Between his pest control company, truck farm, plant nursery, and other businesses, he scratched out a living, but never became financially successful. His life was one of constant struggle and he died from heart disease when Ken was only 14.

Ken’s dad made a way for him to go to college, though, and it is Ken’s deep gratitude for the sacrifice of his father – the first entrepreneur Ken ever knew – that drives him to help other entrepreneurs achieve a better life; a life that is served by their business, instead of the other way around.

When Ken helps someone build a business that serves his/her life rather than consumes it, he feels he has done his best to honor his father and the legacy he left behind.

For more than 30 years, Ken has served as a trusted advisor to over a hundred entrepreneurs as a CFO, investor, consultant, and coach. When he found EOS, he rearranged his life to be able to teach it full time because it’s the system he’s spent his entire career looking for. Ken is convinced it is the best way to help other people enjoy the success they dreamed of when they started their business in the first place.

Ken has built the kind of business that allows him and his family to live in financial and emotional freedom, and he lives to help others do the same thing.

We were excited to see 12 Implementers from our EOS Australia Community make the trip to Detroit for our Annual QCE. Thanks for joining us!
