Tracy grew up in a serial entrepreneurial family in Nebraska and spent 20 years working for her family in the petroleum industry.  It was started in 1948 by her Grandfather and is now a 4th generation company operating convenience stores, travel centers, fuel and propane services, petroleum carrier services, restaurants, truck repair shops, and lodging.  Tracy left the family business in 2008 after her Grandfather’s passing to pursue other passions.  Tracy has owned and operated several small businesses over her lifetime and has been coaching and consulting leaders, teams, and companies ever since.

Tracy has an innate ability to build healthy teams while achieving a healthy bottom line.  With her years of experience and expertise in business, operations, and marketing, combined with her drive and commitment to success, Tracy can quickly get to the root of what’s not working, teach the EOS tools and processes, achieve Traction® on the vision, and help leadership teams to 10x their business.
