We are changing all the time…
🔥 We get injured
🔥 The weather changes (especially in the UK)!!
🔥 The mortgage rates go up
I don’t know about you, but I have never had a plan that’s run through exactly the way I intended, a lot of the time, it has been better!
So, it’s important to remember to not only think of change management just in terms of the negatives, think of the positives!
For example;
🔥 A new offer goes better than expected
🔥 You attracted bigger clients than you intended to
These are positive, but they are still changes.
Changes that you will still need to adapt to!
How do you cope with change? 🤔
Are you good at adapting or someone who needs a helping hand?👋
